To fully enjoy a complete Day Spa experience, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, for you to complete a consultation form.

Late Arrival

As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments are completed as scheduled. Arriving late will shorten your time spent with us

Cancellation Policy

Please confirm your appointment 24 hours prior

A 50% deposit is required to secure your bookings

Changes or reschedule are welcome up to 12 hours before your appointment

Cancellation made 12 to 3 hours prior will forfeit the 50 % deposit

Cancellation within 3 hours or no - show will incur a 100% service charge

Eligible refunds will be credited back to your Lavish Day Spa account within 5 - 10 business   days

Pricing

Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. Lavish accepts Cash, EFTPOS, Master and VISA card. Hotel guests may charge their treatments to room accounts.
